He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy Delano Elkins, Sr. and Elizabeth Ross Elkins. He is survived by: his sister Cathy Marion; his uncle Joe Ross; and his cousins, Lucy Parks, Linda Scott, Gail, Larry McKinney, Jeff, Diane Ross, Ken Ross and Lyn Gabriel. He is also survived by three god daughters.
