He is survived by: his wife Delores Woodard Godfrey of Macon; his sons, Christopher Lamar Godfrey of Milledgeville and Robert Bryan Godfrey of Oconee; his grandson Logan C. Godfrey; and his parents, Delma Jewell and Kathelene Yates Godfrey of Oconee.
