He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Melvin McCook and Gale McCook (Pyles) of Macon; his wife Brenda McCook (Thompson) of Macon; his daughter Meredith McCook Grizzle (Josh) of Byron; and his sister Radena Lane (Mark) of Macon. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
