He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Witsell; his children, Andrew Witsell and Emily Witsell; and his siblings, Faye Porter (Mark), Joy Rumley and Ralph Witsell (Peggy). He is also survived by two nieces; one great niece; and extended family and friends.
