She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Cecil Smith; her granddaughter Blair Chamblee; and her mother Billie Carolyn Goforth. She is survived by: her children, Terri Ramsey (John) of Macon, Felicia Warren (Tom) of Macon and Leslie DuBose (George) of King; her grandchildren, Jennifer Austin (Brad) of Macon, Lauren Thomas (Zach) of Macon, Brooke Chamblee of Macon, Dustin DuBose (Jennifer) of Lynchburg and Jared DuBose of Atlanta, Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Austin, Cameron Sheffield, Chandler Sheffield, Cason Sheffield, Abbie Thomas, Alex Thomas, Cohen Ryals, Aubrey DuBose, Kent DuBose, Lincoln DuBose and Zachariah DuBose.
