She is survived by: her sister Joan Jackson Emmons of Sheffield, AL; her children, John Jackson Marable (Missy) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Katheryn Marable Newman (Sandy) of Mountain Brook, AL; her grandchildren, James Askew Cooke (Dee) of Chelsea, AL, Morgan Jackson Cooke of Dallas, TX, Marjorie Marable Simms (Ben) of Opelika, AL, Melissa Conolly Marable of Clovis, NM and Mary Katheryn Marable of Mt. Pleasant, SC; her great grandchildren, James Beckett Cooke of Chelsea, AL, Walker Askew Cooke of Chelsea, AL, Wyatt Elizabeth Simms of Opelika, AL and Jack Thomas Simms of Opelika, AL.; and her sister-in-law Shirlye Marable of Batesville. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
