He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie; his sons, Eugene S. Hatcher, Jr. (Sally) and Mark R. Hatcher (Olivia); and his grandchildren, Stetson, Cal, Lily B, Davis, Ava, Nate and Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
