He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Mariett Crump and Helen Freeman; and his siblings, Edward Crump and Gloria Maraman. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Benefield, George Crump, Jr. (Cynthia) and John Crump (Courtney); and his grandchildren, Cliff Benefield (Theresa), Chloe Song, Crysta Song and Callie Crump. He is also survived by four other grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
