She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Franklin; and her son Fellie Lee Miller Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Marie Miller, Phillip Franklin (Renee) and Wayne Franklin; and her siblings, Lucille Lowder-Smith and Lemon Rozier. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
