It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Rogers (Macon, Georgia), born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frances Gertrude Wester Smith and Chester Morgan Smith, Sr.; her former spouse Reverend Samuel Gordon Rogers, III; her husband Sam; and her children, Sam, Samuel Gordon Rogers IV (Quint), Joseph Gordon, Jamie Leigh, Helen Louise, Taylor Claire, Frances Holland (Holly), Chester Edward, Daniel Webb, Kyle Samuel and Theresa Holland.

Helen and the family request that gifts be made to Vineville United Methodist and to Wesley Glen Ministries endowment fund in lieu of flowers.
