He is survived by: his daughter Margie Cunningham; his grandchildren, Dylan Cunningham (Kelly), Brittany Deen (Logan), Brandon Smith, Bryce Harvard and Brooklynn Smith; and his mother-in-law Shirley Hamilton. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
