He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Agnes (Purtek), Cyril Urbanek, Joan (Zorn) and Donald Dyer; his aunt Jeanette Koch (Urbanek); and his uncles, Dick Arends and Greg Urbanek.
He is survived by: his parents, Judy Dyer (Urbanek) and Lon Dyer; his aunt Lynne; his uncle Rod; his brother Benjamin Dyer; and also, Lynne Hennek (Rod) of Atlanta, Georgia, Jay Dyer (Jana) of Martell, Bart Dyer (Chris) of Atlanta, Keri Ruff (Mick) of Omaha, Brenda Urbanek of Shelton, Marcia Bohuslavsky (Urbanek) of Brainard, Deb Urbanek-Arends of Lincoln and Jerome Urbanek (Terri) of Ulysses.
