He is survived by: his wife Jean R. Haskins; his children, Kathy Kiser (Rick) of Dublin, Georgia, Jim Allen Haskins of Macon, Wayne Haskins (Rinda) of Twiggs Co, Neal Haskins of Haddock and Jeff Haskins of Twiggs Co; his grandchildren, Dustin Melvin, Hanna Kiser, Christina, Danielle, Nicole and April Haskins; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Presley Melvin and Jeremy Fincher; his siblings, Julius "Dood" W. Haskins, Ann Oxley (David) of Gray, Stuart Haskins of Eatonton and Larry Haskins (Minnie) of Gray; and his brother-in-law Virgil Bryant Roland of Atlanta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
