With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward McCallum (Macon, Georgia), born in Byron, Georgia, who passed away on December 18, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Jamie McCallum Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hester McCallum of Macon; his grandchildren, Mercy McCallum Jackson, Christopher Carson Jackson, Jr., Meadow Ruth Jackson and Melody Ann Jackson; his son-in-law Christopher C. Jackson (Cari); his siblings, Joan Rish and Bruce McCallum (Hellen); and his sister-in-law Dot O'Neal. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, whom were like his own that he loved so much, Eric (Stephanie) McCallum, Ethan (Phelicia) McCallum, Dwayne (Lisa) Tarpley, Gretchen Tarpley (Stuart) Brennan; god-daughter, Kris Hattaway (Ben) Vaughn; and many other relatives and friends.
