He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Loyad and Frances Elizabeth Wooten Skinner; and his brothers, Loyad Skinner, Jr. and William Skinner. He is survived by : his children, Chris Skinner (Shanta) of Jones County, Joey Skinner of Washington County, Kim Skinner of Warner Robins, Brandi Jordan of Laurens County, Danielle Cox of Roberta, Tiffany Adams (Nathan) of Roberta and Felicia Sherman (Justin) of Fort Valley; and his sisters, Marie Cannon (Barkwell) of Jones County, Helen Kent of Jones County and Gail Faile (Randall) of Jones County. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
