She is survived by: her husband Terry Poulnott; her daughters, Kelli Guy (John) and Kasey Smith (Tyler); her grandchildren, Matthew Guy, Hunter Guy and Ashlen Guy; and her sisters, Joan Neal (Jerry) and Laura Davis (John). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
