She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Smith and Wanelle Evans Smith; her husband Ronald Raymond Day; and her siblings, Annette Kyzer, Margarete Kersey, Shirley Burchmore and Marvin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Day (Jerri), Diane Davis (Billy), Tina Benge and Bonnie Wingers (Donnie); and her siblings, Marlene Johnson (Don) and Sidney Smith (Susan). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
