He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Gillis and Clara B. Pittman Lumley. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Page Lumley of Macon; his daughters, Dr. Lauren Hollman Fried (Joseph) of Macon and Caroline Lumley Jones (Richie) of Macon; his grandchildren, Edlin St. Vil, Davis Fried, Cooper Fried and Aiden Jones; his siblings, Jimmy Britt (Carol) of Greensboro, Tommy Lumley of Wrightsville, Georgia, Joy Shepherd of Dublin, Georgia and Jan Lumley of Dublin, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Daniel (Becky), Jodie Shepherd, Angel Burnette (Mike) and Jimmy Britt, Jr.; and his close friend Julie Jones Glenn (Scott).
