He was predeceased by: his father James Larry Maddox. He is survived by: his children, Krista Snellgrove, Kailey Holly (David), Ryan Maddox (Lexi) and Tyler Maddox (Christian); his mother Ethel Maddox; his brother Allen Maddox; his nephews, Josh Cherry and Phillip; and his aunts, Lois Martin (Owen) and Kay Carroll. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
