She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Ramsey, Jr.; her son Kenneth Ramsey; and her siblings, Barbara Jackson and Rhett Donahoo. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Ramsey (Sherry) and Tim Ramsey (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ashley Higgins (Colin), Lori Lansford (Chris), Colin Ramsey, Katie Landrey and Christopher Landrey; and her sister Omelia Donahoo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to S.T.E.P.S., Inc., P.O. Box 16675, Savannah GA 31416.
