He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Bissinger and Dorothy Bissinger. He is survived by: his son Paul Bissinger; and his siblings-in-law, Janie Furney Yarbrough (Monroe), Doug Furney and Bon Furney Evans (Kenny).
