He is survived by: his children, Ceramic Tile, Sean Collins Crowley (Karen) of Macon and Cassie Dawn Crowley (Paul) of Gray; his grandchildren, Madison Crowley, Marisa Crowley and Jacie Hedges; his great grandchild Remington Betsill; his parents, Lois Lawson Crowley and John Collins Crowley, Jr.; and his sister Debbie Gentry (Doug).
Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM the afternoon of the service and the family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the , 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 or the Scottish Rite Children's Hospital, 1001 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342.
