It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Thomas Roub Jr. of Macon, Georgia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Thomas Roub, Sr. and Elizabeth Alice Quinn; his daughter Holly Roub Scott; the mother of his child Judith Morris Werley; his son-in-law John Thomas Scott; his grandchildren, William Roub Scott (Sara Sanders Scott), Mark Edward Scott, Andrew Thomas Scott and Katherine Elizabeth Scott; his sisters, Sally Edwards and Suzie; and his brother-in-law Dick Kemper.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests individuals make a donation to the Casa Hogar children's home education fund. Donations should be made out to First Presbyterian Church and marked in the memo line "Casa Hogar Education Donation.".
