With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon Murphy of Macon, Georgia, born in Pendergrass, Georgia, who passed away on January 24, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jon Murphy to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Ward; and his brother Groze "Chipper" Murphy, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Todd Murphy of Lizella, Tara Murphy Reeves (Michael) of Woodstock and Trey Murphy (Dana) of Statesboro; his grandchildren, London, Murphy Reeves, Raines and Rynn Murphy; his children, Case and Cole Murphy; and his siblings, Dr. Harvey Jack Murphy of Savannah and Jo Andrea Murphy of Macon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and sister-in-law.
