We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2021, at the age of 83, Julia Hermanson of Macon, Georgia, born in Mount Airy, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Roosevelt and Lizzie Mae Owens Sellers; her husbands, Grant Smith and Jud Hermanson; and her siblings, Henry Harvey "Buddy" Sellers, Leon Sellers, Frank Sellers and Willie Blanch Sellers.
She is survived by: her sons, Greg Whitner (Kathy) of Comer and Gary Whitner (Angie) of Macon, Georgia; her siblings, Jane Merck (Johnny) of Cleveland, Carolyn Sanders of Mount Airy, Georgia, Jim Sellers (Cinda) and Joe Sellers (Teresa) of Mount Airy, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Hettenhouse (Ian) of Buford, Stacy Tanner (Clint) of Turnerville, Georgia and Christian Whitner of Macon, Georgia. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
