She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Sterling and Sue Harris Sterling; and her husband Mitchell Randy Deaton. She is survived by: her children, Blandi Dykes (Gregory), Claude Dean Deaton and Randall Wesley Deaton (Jennifer); her siblings, Wynn Sterling (Becky) and Micki Weintraub (Richard); her sister-in-law Wanda Deaton; her grandchildren, Kory Deaton, Dylan McElmurray, Sydney McElmurray, Andrea Deaton, Nicholas Peavy, Mackenzie Peavy, Alyssa Deaton, Aidan Deaton, Blake Deaton-Bradley, Cole Deaton-Bradley and Devin Deaton-Bradley; and her great grandchildren, Scarlet Rose Deaton and Ellie Thompson. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
