He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Jackson and Estalee Burns; his wife Vada Burns; his children, Kenneth Neil Burns (Michelle), Peggy Sue Burgamy (Timothy) and Julie Ann Burns; his grandchildren, Toni Burns and Bobby Burgamy; his great grandchildren, Braylen Burgamy, Hollis Burgamy, Piper Burns, Juliette Burns and Athena Burns; his brothers, Billy Burns (Devona) and Glen Burns (Dottie); his sister-in-law Anna Parry; and his nephew Curry Perkins.
