He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Morris and Eva Belle Rountree Morris; and his brother Calvin Morris. He is survived by: his wife Melba Copeland Morris of Macon; his children, Brenda Morris Swann (John) of Dalzell, Cindy Morris Walton (Bob) of Lake Sinclair, Selina Morris Smith (Hugh) of Vidalia, Daryl Morris of Macon and Kenneth Doyle Morris of Raleigh; his siblings, Wynema Morris Colvin (Billy) of Vidalia, Kathy Morris McDonald (Barry) of Tarrytown, Philip Morris, David Morris (Kathy) of Wheeler County and Richard Morris (Renee') of Warner Robins; and his grandchildren, Ethan Cole Morris, Maeghan Zeigler, Ericka Danielle Swann, Bailey Shey Morris and Lydia Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
