She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Keen; and her brother Kenny Keen, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Bertie Allen; her son Charles Jason Bush; her siblings, Bruce Keen of Lizella, Kay Bellinger (Paul) of Warner Robins and Kathy Alspaugh (Bob) of North Carolina; and her stepbrother David Allen of Jeffersonville.
The family respectfully asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in honor of Karin to Pine Pointe Hospice.
