She is survived by: her children, Jason Nasworthy (April), Angela Yopp (John Paul) and Julie Guise (Russell); her siblings, Billy Adams (Tammy) and Dianne Lee; her nieces and nephews, Stacy, William, Crystal and Jill; and her grandchildren, Harley, Ethan, Jacob, Baylee, Emma-Grace, Abby, Blake, Averi and Aubrey.
