She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Sheppard Anderson, Sr. and Sarah Jonnie Fuller Anderson; her husband Emmett Harper Young, Sr.; her son David Anderson Young, Sr.; and her grandson Emmett Carlos Young.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Loma Young of Jasper, Georgia, Emmett Harper Young, Jr. (Peggy Sue) of Macon and Timothy Roy Young (Joylin) of Hydaburg, Alaska. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with State of Georgia guidelines concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing and to wear protective masks.
