She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bone and Maria Higginson Bone; her husband George A. West, Sr.; and her sisters, Marjorie Seabrook, Amy Parker, Evelyn Francis, Dorothy Hargreaves, Maudie Birdsall, Lorna Moldovan and Norma Smith.
She is survived by: her children, George A. West, Jr. (Mabel), Timothy West (Karen) and Angela Thomas (Mike); her grandchildren, George Allen West III (Stacy), Lauren Elizabeth Sheffield (David), Emily Harrington, Timothy West, Jr. (Holly), Laurel Henderson (Scott), Ashlyn DeFoor (Seth), Alex Thomas (Brandy) and Ian Thomas (Kirsten); and her great grandchildren, John Conner West, Abigail Leeanne West, Cameron Sheffield, Chandler Sheffield, Cason Sheffield, Colby West, Ellie West, Chandler Henderson, Carter Henderson, Charlee Henderson, Carsyn Henderson and Nolan Thomas. She is also survived by one of eight siblings.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Mabel Bone West to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
