He is survived by: his girlfriend Susie; his daughter Sarah Quackenbush; his stepdaughters, Sondra Wilson (Clay) and Stephanie DeFoe (Sean); his siblings, John-Robert Quackenbush, Michelle Quackenbush, April Leonard-Canalia and Rhonda Stevens; and his grandchildren, Tyler Wilson, Slade Wilson and Addy DeFoe.
