She was predeceased by: her father Guy Freeman Williams. She is survived by: her mother Minnie Lou Etheridge Williams; and her siblings, Guy Freeman Williams, Jr. (Anita), Thomas George Williams (Donna) and Karen Ann Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests that donations be made in Marsha's honor, to the donor's favorite charity.
