She is survived by: her children, Lisa Smith-Butler of Charleston and Lee Smith of Atlanta; her granddaughter Tory Butler of Charleston; her brother Edward McDonald of Largo, Florida; her son-in-law Frank Butler of Charleston; and her sister-in-law Ginny McDonald of Largo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association, the Macon-Bibb County Animal Welfare or other animal charities.
