He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Potkulski and Clara Potkulski; and his son Michael Potkulski. He is survived by: his wife Dolly; his son Daniel Potkulski (Jackie); his grandchildren, Callie Johnson and Will Potkulski; his daughter Dianne Benson; his grandchildren, Louis, Allyce, Marcus, Jordan, Janelle and Aleta Benson; his daughter Donna Telencio (John); his sister Sylvia Bush; and his nephews, Bill and Michael Bush. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
