She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Eavenson; and her brother Tommy B. Mask. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Lee Hollis (Jennifer) and Sandy Hollis Chancey (Ron); her grandchildren, Hannah Grace Hollis, Ana Claire Hollis, Mason Coburn Chancey and Caleb Wayne Chancey; and her sister Toni Fallon (Hank).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, P.O. Drawer 498, Emmitsburg, MD 21727.
