He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil and Valta M. Raymond, Sr.; his wife Jean Raymond; and his son-in-law Val Foster. He is survived by: his son Philip T. Raymond, III; his daughter-in-law Susan of Macon; his daughters, Peggy R. Foster of Cleveland and Susan R. Thompson; his son-in-law Alex of Savannah; and his grandchildren, Casey Barron, Corey Barron, Jill Parker, Jeff Thompson, Holly Kolkmeyer, Christie Pool, Ally Raymond, Vincent Raymond, Lynn Smith and Mark Thompson. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
