She was predeceased by: her parents, E. F. Joiner Sr. and Blanche Ussrey Joiner; her husband Broadus Thomas Williams Sr.; and her grandson Broadus Thomas Williams III (Thomas). She is survived by: her children, Barbara Arrington, Broadus Thomas Williams Jr. (Kate) and Randy Williams (Pat); and her grandchildren, Susan Vinson, Darrell Arrington (Judy), Sherry Olivier (Joey) and Rachel Dobbins (Matt).
