He was predeceased by: his mother Debra Gibbs Collins (Debbie). He is survived by: his father Bernard Stephen O; his brother Pat O; his grandmother Tami; his nephew Thomas; his niece Addie; his stepfather Michael Joseph Collins of Macon; his sisters, Dana Dougherty (David) of Pittsview, Alabama and Elizabeth LeMaster (Josh) of Lizella; his nieces, Hartley DeVane and Michaela LeMaster; and his stepchildren, David, Casey and Callie Moring.
The family respectfully asks that attendees wear a mask. Burial will be private at Rose Hill Cemetery.
