He is survived by: his wife Carol Floyd; his children, Stephanie Lenigar (Kevin), Patrick Floyd and Tim Floyd (Hailey); his grandchildren, Alyssa Marie Floyd, Carson Lenigar, Landyn Lenigar, Madison Floyd, Bentley Floyd and Dalton Lenigar; his sister Vivian Etheridge (Harris); his niece Kelly Schell (Tommy); his nephews, Mike Etheridge (Sarah) and Lawson Floyd; his sister-in-law Kathy Floyd; and his friend Tripp Rivers.
