He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Everett Miller and Nellie Lois Gilleland Miller; and his brother Mike Miller. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Miller; his children, Kim Elkins (Randy Doyl), Angie Cook (Joe) and David Miller (Penni); his grandchildren, Mary-Margaret Williams (Garrett) and Allen Miller; his great grandchild Ellis Williams; and his siblings, Gerry Glenn (Vernon), Janet Bowden, Sadie Bledsoe and Ray Miller (Rachel). He is also survived by three children and loved two grandchildren and a great-grandson.
