He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Faulk, Sr. and Josephine Wilkinson Faulk; his siblings, William Howard Faulk, Jr. and Beverly Faulk Reece; his grandmother Annie Tindall Wilkinson; his children, Donald Clayton Faulk and Stephanie Faulk Burch; and his parents-in-law, Imogene Green Stokes and Joseph Harold Stokes.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Stokes Faulk; his son-in-law Jason Burch, Sr.; his grandsons, Jason Burch, Jr. and Charlie Burch; and his siblings, David Faulk and Lisa Faulk Mosley (Ricky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Stephanie Faulk Burch funeral.
