She was predeceased by: her daughter Carolyn Lample; and her great grandchildren, Robert Lample Jr. and Bailey Caroline Galeazzo. She is survived by: her children, Connie Galeazzo (James) and John Dason Bales (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Michelle Beale (Mark), Bryan Galeazzo (Penni), Robert Lample Sr. (Crystal), Daniel Lample (Tammy), Amy Galeazzo Tarpley (Troy), Rebecca Galeazzo (Toby Bates), Luke Dason Bales and Grace Bales; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Beale, Devin Lample, Marci Lample, Cason Galeazzo, Peter Galeazzo, Brylie Galeazzo, Brenna Tarpley and Jennings Tarpley.
