She was predeceased by: her parent Edna Mae Smith. She is survived by: her parent James Otis Smith, Jr.; her children, Darrell Chad Cameron of Macon and Christy Cameron Miller (Rob) of Milledgeville; her grandchildren, Sarah Miller, Hannah Miller, Mahalie Cameron and Caleb Cameron; and her siblings, Pat Smith of Macon and Ronnie Smith (Brenda) of Macon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the donor's favorite charity.
