She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Curtis and Bessie Russell Curtis; and her brother Gary Curtis. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smith; her daughter Michele Smith Harris; her granddaughters, Ashton Harris and Aubrie Harris; her brother Ken; her sister-in-law Laurie Smith; and her nephew Ken Smith.
In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in the name of Shirley A Smith to the American Cancer society.
