She was predeceased by : her parents, James Roland Gibbs and Nellie Mathis Gibbs; her husband Joseph D. Bailey, Sr.; and her siblings, Edward Gibbs, Elwood Gibbs, Irene Lamis and Peggy Williamson.

She is survived by : her sons, Ronald F. Blalock (Kathy) of Macon and Joseph D. Bailey, Jr. (Pam) of Macon; and her grandson Brian Parker Blalock of Macon. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.

Burial will be private at Riverside Cemetery. The family requests that everyone wear a mask and practice social distancing.
