He is survived by: his wife Delilah Cartwright Welsh; his children, Elizabeth Welsh of Macon, Andrew Welsh (Janet) of Lakeland, Katie Welsh Brown of Macon and Melita Welsh Kabashi (Luan) of Pristina, Kosova; his grandchildren, Benjamin Hibbitts of Macon, Laken Taft (Casey) of Pearson, Hannah Welsh of Moultrie, Ethan Collins of Lakeland, Breanna Welsh of Warner Robins, Kenleigh Brown of Macon, Zana Kabshi and Lira Kabshi; his great grandchild Maddox Taft of Pearson; his sister-in-law Cathy Garrett (Earl) of Woodbury, Georgia; his nephew Patrick Garrett of Woodbury; and his niece DeAnna Milton of Raton.
