He was predeceased by: his parents, I. Hardison Leverette and Mary Greathouse Leverette; and his siblings, Madelyn "Bootie" Leverette and Malcolm Leverette. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Griffin Leverette; his children, Dalton Leverette and Mikayla Leverette; his grandson Wyatt Leverette; his siblings, Ann Hancock (Ronny), Marvin Leverette (Faye) and Melvin Leverette (Darlene); and his aunt Ina Goodin.
