He is survived by: his parent Gladys Stubbs Bivins; his wife Patricia Camp Bivins; his children, Duane Thomas Bivins (Tammy) and David Ronald Bivins (Andrea); and his siblings, Larry Bivins (Helen), Phil Bivins (Marianne) and Sylvia Pierce. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
